MEET THE STAFF

Wendy started working at Rose's Bookhouse way back in 1998 at the tender age of 19. Three years later she bought the book store from Rose's son and it's grown by leaps and bounds ever since. Wendy reads a variety of books, but she particularly likes romance. In fact, she hasn't found a romance sub-genre she doesn't like. Whether it's paranormal, erotic, contemporary, suspense, comedic or historical there just seems to be something magical about romance. After all, who wouldn't want a happily-ever-after?

It's a family affair at Rose's Bookhouse! Wendy's aunt, Marie, has been with Rose's since 2006. While working the majority of the hours at the book store Marie can often be found with her nose in the latest paranormal romance--when she's not putting away books that is! She loves to chat with customers and help them find new authors. You can thank her for the candy dish at the counter...it was her idea.
